OSS 2017 accepts submissions in the following categories: full research articles, short articles, experience reports, formal tool demonstrations, and posters. The page limit is 10 for full research articles, 5 for short articles, experience reports and tool demonstrations, and 2 for poster submissions. To allow for more complete and fully formatted reference lists, bibliographic references do not count towards the page limit.
OSS 2017 also invites proposals for tutorials and workshops, submissions to the doctoral consortium, and submissions of panels.
Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings, which are published by Springer, in the IFIP Advances in Information and Communication Technology Series, and will be made available as Open Access.
All papers must be written in English and adhere to Springer submission instruction for LNAI (which is a LNCS subseries).
Papers should be submitted in PDF format at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=oss2017.
